I Swear, 8am, Netflix UK, Tuesday 10th March: After scooping up a number of awards, this film is an educational viewing that shows how much Tourette's syndrome can affect a person’s life. Showing the dark and enlightening aspects of the disability, it is a great film with a lot of heart within it.

Scarpetta, 8am, Prime Video UK, Tuesday 10th March: Led by Nicole Kidman, this thrilling new series captures her trying to solve a tragic death, whilst surrounded by some familiar faces. Also producing the show, Kidman gives one of her best performances to date in this series, which makes it very worthy watching.

Louis Theroux: Inside The Manosphere, 8am, Netflix UK, Wednesday 11th March: Louis Theroux is back doing what he does best this week, covering hard topics that affect a lot of people. Delving into the dark side of masculinity, he explores the likes of Andrew Tate and other influences to see how they are changing how young men think. It is incredibly interesting viewing.

A Woman Of Substance, 9pm, Channel Four, Wednesday 11th March: Based on the best-selling book, this new version of the classic series makes itself an original, by flipping through two different ages of its leading character. One period covers her time as a maid, whilst the other sees her as a successful business woman in New York. Both periods are equally gripping.

The Claudia Winkleman Show, 10:40pm, BBC One, Friday 13th March: Whilst it might be scary for some, Claudia Winkleman isn’t letting the date stop her from introducing her new chat show. Featuring some of the most famous faces on the planet, it is about time that we had a female late night chat show host and Claudia is just the woman to do it.
