Billion Dollar Playground, 9pm, BBC Three, Monday 7th July: Ever wondered what it is like to cater to the mega rich? Well, in this new documentary series, the people who work for them are revealing all. Expect tears, tantrums and outrageous items.

Insomnia, 9pm, Channel Five, All Week: Vicky McClure stars in this new series about a woman who is unable to sleep upon reaching a milestone birthday. After learning that her mother faced the same thing, scary situations start to occur, which lead this series into binge watching territory.

Building The Band, 8am, Netflix, Wednesday 9th July: Famous singers, including the late Liam Payne, are joining forces to try and created the ultimate super band. If you have been missing The X Factor then this is definitely the show to help fill that gap.

Too Much, 8am, Netflix, Thursday 10th July: Created by Lena Dunham, this new romance series follows a young woman, as she leaves LA for London. Upon arrival, she finds not everything us as she imagined, however, the man of her dreams is on hand to help.

Zombies 4: Dawn Of The Vampires, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Friday 11th July: Grab the little ones for a film night in on Friday. The fourth instalment of the Zombies franchise will have the whole family glued to the sofa, as a new vampire clan is in town. Plus, it is full of catchy songs that you will definitely get stuck in your head all weekend.
