From land to sea, the whole family can enjoy the TV picks I have for you! Whether it be a cooking competition to inspire the little cooks your home or our sporting heroes at the biggest games in the world, you will find everything you need to stay entertained from my top five must-see picks…

The Paris Olympics, All Day, BBC One, Every Day: Catch our sporting superstars, as they take part in the biggest events of the year, throughout the day! Early competitors to watch include Tom Daley, Adam Peaty and Helen Glover in their respective sports.

Love Island: The Live Final, 9pm, ITV2, Monday 29th July: After six weeks, the islanders will find out who has won the hearts of the national to come out as the top couple. With £50,000 on offer, they will definitely be hoping that their relationship is the strongest.

Cooking With The Stars, 8pm, ITV One, Tuesday 30th July: The heat is on, as celebrities and cooks team up to become the ultimate cooking stars. From mishaps to mayhem, this is a fun selection that the whole family can watch. 

Celebrity Send Off, 8am, 4OD, Thursday 1st August: This may seem a little morbid, but in the new show, celebrities are getting their fellow famous friends to plan their funerals. Watching and attending the ceremonies, the results are not what they were expecting.

Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, 8am, Netflix, Friday 2nd August: With the kids at home, now is the best time to snuggle up for a film night in. Grab the popcorn and enjoy a trip to Bikini Bottom with SpongeBob and friends in this new feature length adventure.
