The Top TV Shows And Films To Watch On This Week (7th - 11th September 2026)

As the season changes, our TV screens are making sure that we all have something to snuggle up and watch! Here is five must-see moments coming up this week...

The National Television Awards, 8pm, ITV One, Tuesday 8th September: Some of the brightest stars from our TV screens will be taking to the red carpet tonight in hopes of taking home an NTA. Will Bake Off beat I’m A Celeb? Who will come out on top when it comes to the soaps? Is there going to be a surprise big star to give out the last award of the night? Who knows! Yet, it is sure to be some very entertaining viewing.

Last Seen, 8am, Apple TV, Wednesday 9th September: After the disappearance of his daughter, one police officer is unable to let the case lie. Even after many years have passed, he searches for her wherever he goes, leading to more mysteries being uncovered. Gripping from start to finish, this will have everyone talking about it.

The Jury: 14 And On Trial For Murder, 9pm, Channel Four, Wednesday 9th September: After four agnosing nights of TV have shown and played out the evidence, the gripping documentary comes to a close. Will the jury find those on the stand guilty or innocent? Will it be the same outcome as the real case concluded with? You will have to watch to find out. 

Supergirl, 8am, Sky Movies Premiere, Thursday 10th September: Having missed the mark in cinemas, Supergirl is hoping to reach a bigger audience as it makes its way into our homes. As much fun as the latest Superman was, this is a great film to kick start the weekend with. 

Crew Girl, 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 10th September: When a teenager decides to join her local rowing team, she is faced with the horrible dilemma that there is no girls team. There so, she decides to join the boys. Putting them through their paces, this is a great series to fall into if you are still missing the loss of Off Campus.
