From music to mystery, there is something for all to enjoy in my top five must see choices this week. Get ready to binge watch the week away with these wonders…

Miley Cyrus: Something Beautiful, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 30th July: One of the biggest pop stars in the world is presenting her newest album in an intimate documentary showcase. Going back to her Disney roots, Miley is giving us a very good way to get over hump day.

Destination X, 9pm, BBC One, Wednesday 30th July: Ever miss the show Coach Trip? Well, this might just fill that hole, as Rob Bryson presents a travel competition like no other. Placed into the middle of nowhere, the contestants have to guess where they are. Those who are furthest away will get evicted from the coach. Be prepared to be enrapt from the very start.

Dragon’s Den, 8pm, BBC One, Thursday 31st July: Back to present even more inventions, the Dragons are ready to say yes or no to potentially big investments. From food to travel, there won’t be a business area left untouched.

My Oxford Year, 8am, Netflix, Friday 1st August: As the cold weather starts to trickle in, we are all looking for something cosy to watch. When an academic woman enrols on a course at Oxford, she finds herself falling for the charms of a local man. Grab a blanket and snuggle up for this one.

Chief Of War, 8am, Apple TV+, Friday 1st August: Starring Jason Momoa, this intense new drama will keep you gripped right from the start. Playing a tribal figure, you can expect a lot of fighting and thrills throughout.
