Old faces, new worlds and yummy food are leading the way on our screens this week! Get ready to binge watch the following five over the next few days…

Washington Black, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 23rd July: This new series from Disney+ is a very intense look at how one man’s life was changed upon escaping slavery. Starring Sterling K Brown, this looks set to be a big award winner.

Tom Kerridge Cooks Spain, 8:30pm, ITV One, Thursday 24th July: Tom Kerridge is well-known for his pub grub. However, in this new series, he is taken us on his journeys around Spain to help us create their incredible meals at home. Get the snacks in ready for watching this.

Mr Big Stuff (Series Two), 9pm, Sky Max, Thursday 24th July: Having earned Danny Dyer a BAFTA for his role in this comedy, the show is back for a second series. After discovering that their father isn’t really dead, the two brothers head off to try and find him. However, nothing is easy about it.

Happy Gilmore 2, 8am, Netflix, Friday 25th July: It’s one of the most anticipated films of the year, as Adam Sandler returns to play this iconic golfer. Returned to the holes to help fund his daughter’s schooling, Sandler’s character welcomes many iconic friends to join him along the way.

The Assassin, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 25th July: Kelley Hawes leads the way in this action packed series. When an ex contract killer is faced with a deadly crisis, she must return to the role to help protect her family, including her son. Perfect binge watching material for the weekend.
