Joining initiatives aiming to prevent over 500 grassroot music venues from closing their doors permanently across the UK, local band Sinka are performing live on Facebook in order to stop the venue The Horn in St Albans from shutting for good.
Live streaming on social media at 8pm on Friday (1st May), it has fallen on the shoulders of the band, fans and community to take action.
All money raised from the fundraiser will go towards the Music Venue Trust campaign #saveourvenues.
