Opening in Watford this Sunday (26th April), a mobile Covid-19 testing centre will be run by the military at Watford Leisure Centre Central.
The centre will be open from 10am to 4pm but is strictly only for key workers and their family members. Members of the general public do not have access.
Anyone who plans to attend must bring with them their work identification badge or, if not a key worker themselves, the person that makes them eligible.
Key workers will need to have developed symptoms in the last 72 hours. Results will then be available within 72 hours of taking the test.
The Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor, said:
"We know how vital testing is to tackle Covid-19 and save lives. We want to play whatever part we can in protecting our key workers, who are so essential at this difficult time.
"We are really pleased that one of our facilities can be put to good use by making it as easy as possible for people to get tested."
