Have Your Say: Name Watford’s Community Space

The event space by the pond in Watford town centre is getting a name and you could get to name it!

Watford Borough Council and Watford Town Centre BID are giving the popular event space a fresh identity and they want your help choosing a name.

This well-loved spot has already hosted many events like the Big Screen, Big Beach, and Winterfest with even more planned! The council is inviting residents, businesses, schools, and community groups to suggest a name that really reflects its role in the community. 

Elected Mayor Peter Taylor said: “This space…has given us some amazing memories. We want to give it a name that reflects its own identity…I can’t wait to see the brilliant suggestions people come up with.”
