Watford Football Club is opening up its commercial washing equipment to Watford General Hospital and NHS staff who are battling Covid-19.
Using Vicarage Road as a base, the club has offered the hospital access to the stadium, in order to help with their efforts in preventing the coronavirus from spreading further.
Cleaning NHS work clothes, the Chief Executive of West Herts Hospitals NHS Trust, Christine Allen, shared his gratitude to the Premier League outfit.
“The club’s support is helping us to run our organisation safely and we are very grateful for its support at this challenging time,” he said.
