Time, 9pm, BBC One, Sunday/Monday 11th/12th October: David Tennant leads this time around in the return of the prison drama that has left us gripped for years. Taking on the role of a guard within a young offenders institute, the show captures the realities of life behind bars for those under 16.

The Party, 9pm, ITV One, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 11th/12th/13th October: When two friends from school choose very different careers, one being a journalist and the other a politician, they soon discover that everything they thought they knew about each other may not be true. With Luke Evans leading the cast, the show looks set to be a gripping one to watch.

VisionQuest, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 14th October: As the world prepares for Avengers: Doomsday, the team behind the Marvel hit are giving Vision, who hasn’t been on screen since WandaVision his own series. Leading us into the big launch, this is not to be missed, as it could answer a lot of questions within the franchise before the film hits screens.

Rob & Romesh Vs, 9pm, Sky One, Wednesday 14th October: Having taken on a number of challenges already, the team are now pushing Rob and Romesh even harder, as they take on Kung Fu, the Tour De France, New Orleans and Bowling.
