In this new reality show that is exactly what happens, as Jonathan Ross hosts a bunch of misfits handcuffed to each other. All in the hopes to win a big cash prize at the end. You will have a favourite couple before the first episode ends!

Young Sherlock, 8am, Prime Video UK, Wednesday 4th March: We have seen Sherlock Holmes portrayed many times, yet, we have never seen a version of him like this. Long before Watson was on the scene, he was a young man seeking for answers on his own. Alongside some familiar foes. Fun for all to watch, this is going to break down the literary hero in so many refreshing ways.

Especially when it is never really revealed if what we are witnessing is actually happening. Intense, dark and full of thrills, this is binge watching material at its best.

The Dinosaurs, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 6th March: From Steven Spielberg comes this adventurous four part series about the dawn of time. Anyone who watched the BBC series, will be in awe of the work that has gone into this to teach us all something new about the world that existed long before we were here.

Winter Paralympics 2026: Opening Ceremony, 6pm, Channel Four, Friday 4th March: After an incredible Winter Olympics, it is time for our amazing Paralympians to show the world their amazing talents. Over nine days, starting from tonight, they will take part in a number of new sporting events that are going to be sure to amaze us all.
