The Great British Sewing Bee, 8pm, BBC One, Tuesday 14th July/Wednesday 15th July: There is something so wholesome about watching someone's creation come to life and this show proves it. With a brand new host and challenges, the contestants are put through their paces to win the ultimate sewing prize. Perfect TV to help us get through the long months until Bake Off returns.

The Hawk, 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 16th July: Will Ferrell appears in this 10 part comedy about a former top golfer trying to win his way back to the top. However, his efforts are not as well thought out as he might have hoped they would be.

The Chase Around The World, 9pm, ITV One, Thursday 16th July: For many of us, The Chase has become a real every day guilty pleasure. Whether you are shouting the answers at the TV or not, it manages to hook you in. Including those based around the world, who will be joining Bradley Walsh in this exciting new series to win the big cash prizes in different parts of the planet.

Heartstopper Forever, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 17th July: Fans of the series Heartstopper will see the lovebirds' story come to an end in this feature length finale. With their school years coming to an end, the characters are left wondering what is next for them in a world full of possibilities.

First Night Of The Proms, 7pm, BBC Two, Friday 17th July: There is something so delightful about watching The Proms on TV. Starting tonight, expect a whole feast of famous faces joining in on the action, as the events highlight the best of the best when it comes to classical music.
