Herts book festival returns on the 16th and 17th May and will host activities this weekend across two days and two different venues, with different events planned for each day.
The festival aims to bring stories to life and welcomes everyone from families and children, to passionate readers, with storytelling activities and crafts for children as well as an author market- where attendees will have the chance to meet over 30 local authors- and a book exchange all scheduled across the weekend.
Writers and aspiring authors are also welcome to attend, where they will have the opportunity to share their work at poetry open mics and workshops.
The activities on Saturday 16th will be held at BEAM, Hertford from 10am to 4pm (to reserve tickets please see here), while the events on Sunday 17th will be held at Southern Maltings, Ware from 10am to 4pm (to reserve tickets please see here).
