The New Watford Market will have its official launch on Friday 31st October from 11.00am, with Mayor Dorothy Thornhill and Celebrity Chef, Rosemary Shrager. An exciting day of events and activities awaits!
To get New Watford Market off to a delicious start Chef and Cookery Teacher Rosemary Shrager will be demonstrating what you can do with all the fresh meat, fish and veg available at the market. She’s spent time in the jungle and time teaching soap stars how to cook and now Rosemary will be sharing her wisdom with Watford!
The grand launch will include:

Cookery demonstrations from Celebrity Chef Rosemary Shrager at 11.20am, 12.20pm, 1.20pm, 2.20pm and 3.20pm, where Rosemary will be cooking live and offering tips, tricks and recipes.

A 'Meet and Great' event with Rosemary Shrager at 4.30pm, giving you the opportunity to purchase her new cookery book too!

Plus there will be a Grand Prize Wheel competition with a prize for every market customer! This will be open daily between 12noon and 2.00pm from Friday 31st October and Saturday 15th of November - prizes include £1,000 holidays prize draw entry, £10 New Watford Market voucher, NRG gym passes, Gambado kids play tickets and Jongleurs Comedy Club tickets. The New Watford Market is open from Tuesday to Saturday and is located in the centre of the town; accessible from the High Street near the flyover and from Beechen Grove, near Clarendon Road.
