Maryland, 9pm, ITV One, Monday 22nd May: With all episodes airing each night this week, Suranne Jones leads the way in this gripping series. Called back to her hometown, after some devastating news about their mother, two sisters uncover the truth about what has been happening since they left.

American Born Chinese, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 24th May: Based on the bestselling graphic novels, this new series showcases an average teenager, coming to terms with not only his normal day to day life but also the ultimate battle with mysterious gods.

The Great British Sewing Bee, 9pm, BBC One, Wednesday 24th May: One of the most humble creative contests on TV is back. Designing their way to the top, the first episode sees them battling to make it to next week, in the hopes of not being the first out.

The Kardashians (Series 3), 8am, Disney Plus UK, Thursday 25th May: Back for a third outing, the most famous sisters in the world are letting the cameras in again. Sharing the ups and downs, it is sure to be full of celebrity gossip you won’t want to miss.

FUBAR, 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 25th May: In his first major TV series, Arnold Schwarzenegger stays in this crime thriller that has all the action you need. Binge worthy in every way, it is going to be an intense thrill ride of a series from start to finish.
