Over 25 retailers submitted entries to take part in intu Watford’s first ever Retailer Awards, with over 1,000 customers voting online and in centre.
After two months of voting, intu Watford have counted up all the customer votes and intu staff votes. Finally the panel of judges deliberated over the retailer entries and are delighted to announce the nominations (in alphabetical order) for the categories.

- Shop that gives customer service above and beyond: Apple, John Lewis, Panacea

In the second set, entries were submitted by retailers and judged by a panel:

- Best window display: Accessorize, Panacea, The End
- Best store manager: Coast, JD Sport, Perfume Shop
- Greenest Retailer: L’Occitane (Although other retailers submitted entries they did not provide evidence for the panel to judge on so there are no other nominees in this category)
The final set of categories were voted by intu Watford staff
