Going back to where it all began, World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua is doing his bit to help the NHS front line heroes working at Watford General Hospital.
Born and raised in Watford, AJ has teamed up with clothing retailer Under Armour to aid those working to save lives in the town that he grew up in.
Delivering over 2,000 products to support the hospital’s key workers through the coronavirus pandemic, Joshua shared the gratitude that he has for those risking everything for others.
“I was born in Watford General. Those that know me, will know that Watford will forever run through my veins,” he said.
“I teamed up with Under Armour to support something local, that is near and dear to my heart. We are bringing 2,000 products/items to support the key workers in Watford General to say “thank you” for all of your efforts with the local community. It doesn’t go unrecognised.
“We truly appreciate you and I hope that this supports you guys through this pandemic. Thank you so much.”
