The Top TV Shows And Films To Watch On This Week (6th - 10th April 2026)

Our TV screens are turning back the clock on lots of our favourites, as the next five days sees the return of some iconic faces, whilst also mixing the old with the new. Find out what you have to watch to stay in the loop this week...

I’m A Celebrity: South Africa, 9pm, ITV One, Monday 6th April: It only seems like yesterday that we were celebrating the winner of the winter series. However, delivering us with the ultimate Easter egg, some familiar I’m A Celeb faces are returning to the jungle, this time in South Africa, to battle it out to join the ultimate winners list.

The Testaments, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 8th April: Fans of The Handmaid's Tale will be rapt by this return to the horrific dystopian world. Focusing on the lives of the daughters of those affected in the original series, it sees a new world being portrayed, one that is even more dangerous than the first.

Twenty Twenty Six, 9pm, BBC Two, Wednesday 8th April: Having worked their magic on the 2012 Olympics, the team are back to try and handle how the World Cup in North America will be handled. Expect the unexpected when it comes to how their plans are going, as no idea is too big or small in the team's eyes.

The Assembly, 10:05pm, ITV One, Wednesday 8th April: After an incredible first series, even more stars are being asked everything we want to know by a neurodiverse audience. Starting with Sir Stephen Fry, the series features some of our greatest figures for one of their most open and honest recorded interviews ever.

Malcolm In The Middle: Life's Still Unfair, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Friday 10th April: 20 years on from the original series, Malcolm is back with his family, as they prepare to gather for his parent’s anniversary. However, he is now joined by his daughter, who is facing even more mayhem than her father. This is the retro hit you need to start the weekend!
