Legends, 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 7th May: Steve Coogan leads the way in this new drama. Tasked with taking down a drug gang, his character and colleagues are faced with some of the most dramatic moments of the year so far in terms of TV. Six episodes will be released all at once, so make this your weekend binge.
Remarkably Bright Creatures, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 8th May: Sally Field plays the lead in this new feature based on the best-selling book. Upon working at her local aquarium, a woman is faced with the ability of being able to talk to one of the animals within it. After revealing the tragic circumstances of losing her son at a young age, she soon finds herself face to face with a young man, who will change her life forever. This is definitely the film of the week.
David Attenborough’s 100 Years On Planet Earth, 8:30pm, BBC One, Friday 8th May: He is a true icon, so it is only right that we celebrate his amazing 100th birthday. Taking a look back at his incredible life, this live special will feature music, memoirs and more. It is the birthday party that you don’t want to miss.
