Jonny Brick

Jonny Brick was born in Watford and was bitten by the broadcasting bug from an early age thanks to Chris Tarrant and Neil Fox. At university up in Edinburgh, where he enrolled on the same course as Marcus Mumford, Jonny was Head of Music at Fresh Air. He also presented shows on The Pulse Hospital Radio and can be heard enthusing about country music on Sundays at 4pm playing tunes from Texas and Oklahoma at Arc Radio (arcradio.online).

At Vibe, Jonny aims to get you through your working day on Thursdays and Fridays between 11am and 2pm. He asks you to guess the tune from the clue in Vibe Vibes, talks football (he wrote a book about the FA Youth Cup) and runs through the UK Top 10, dropping nuggets of trivia along the way. 

Jonny's ultimate goal is to bring the term ‘mafternoon’ into wider usage: that's the time between 11.50am and 12.15pm where the morning and afternoon blur into each other.
