Watford’s annual Christmas display is set to illuminate the town centre once again this year.
The dazzling new LED light installation will be revealed on Saturday 13 November, as part of a switch on event at The Parade.
Vibe's 107.6 FM’s very own Miles Blumsom will host the main stage – with live entertainment starting by the pond from 4pm.
The line-up includes festive performances from Electric Umbrella and The Locals.
This year’s Christmas lights will then be turned on at 5pm by special guests Rak-Su.
The X Factor winners and Watford R&B group will be joined on stage by local heroes, as the town centre is lit up for the festive period.

The 2021 display has been organised by Watford Borough Council and Watford Business Improvement District (BID).
Last year, organisers were unable to hold a switch on event due to the pandemic.
Maria Manion, Watford BID’s Chief Executive, said: “After the disappointment of not being able to host a switch on event in 2020, we are now even more excited to light up Watford with a spectacular switch on event this year.
“It’s going to be wonderful to see so many happy faces enjoying our brand-new Christmas lights, they really will create a mesmerising spectacle in our ever-improving town centre.”
No ticket or Covid passport is required to see this year’s lights being formally switched on.
Organisers are advising individuals to try and avoid the event area, if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe amongst large groups of people.
Those attending are encouraged to arrive in good time to avoid congestion, take a rapid Covid test the day before, stay at home if they have symptoms and wear a face covering if in close proximity to people they do not usually meet.
The official Watford Christmas light switch on takes place from 4pm until 5:30pm on Saturday 13 November.
