For the first time ever, Raw Vibes Live will be taking place on Saturday 8th August on The Parade outside Yates from 1.00pm until 6.00pm.
Our show Raw Vibes (Sunday evenings from 7.00pm until 9.00pm) celebrates the local unsigned music scene with live sessions, interviews, gig listings and more. The music is written, produced and performed by local bands and artists. Nia Visser has presented the programme since Vibe 107.6 FM launched in 2011 and the show has got bigger and better, growing each year thanks to the high standard of local talent.
The bands and artists playing at Raw Vibes Live are:
1.00 pm - Zac Whitaker: A blend of classic pop/rock melodies fused with Electronic/ Urban.
1.55 pm - Corrolla: Alternative Rock with Sam Neale, Tony Pigram and Toby Ellis.
2.50 pm - Anova Skyward: Rock with Adam Stanley (guitar & vocals), Andrew Spence (drums & vocals) and Scott Chesworth (bass & vocals).
3.45 pm - Bath Tub Gin: Bluegrass/Country/Skiffle/Rockabilly/Blues with Amy (vocals), Tony (guitar), Ketch (banjo), Curt (upright bass) and Joe (tea chest).
4.40 pm - LINO: Described by Ibiza Rocks as “a bit pop, a bit indie, a bit eccentric in parts", Roberto Lino, AKA “LINO” plays the acoustic guitar
5.35 pm - Rash La: Atmospheric rock
