On 7th May 1945 Britain and its Allies formally accept Nazi Germany's unconditional surrender after almost six years of war. The next day was a day for celebration. Known as Victory in Europe (VE) Day, tomorrow we celebrate the 75-year anniversary.

Prime Minister Winston Churchill announced on the radio that the war in Europe had come to an end, following Germany's surrender the day before. Vibe107.6 will be remembering one of the most iconic moments in the country’s history.
