The world of TV and film are setting us up for many challenges this week. However, don’t worry to much, because the most you will have to do is tune into my top five. It is this lot that have to do all the hard work, especially a very familiar face…

Challenge Anneka, 8:50pm, Channel 5, Out Now: Whether you were a fan of the original series or never heard of this series before, Anneka Rice is about to grip you all on a Saturday night. Tasked with beating the clock and completing the ultimate challenges, it feels like the right time to go back and enjoy this series again. Just with a more modern look.

The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer, 7:45pm, Channel 4, Sunday 19th March/Out Now: Stars from around the world are entering the tent to help raise money for SU2C. From Paddy McGuinness to Tom Daly, there is sure to be some Hollywood Handshakes and Soggy Bottoms galore over the next few weeks.

24 Hours in Police Custody: The Honeytrap Murder, 9pm, Channel 4, Monday 20th March: Based in Luton, this gripping series takes us inside the world of Bedfordshire’s police and investigation teams, who are trying to solve the case of a man who was found naked and stabbed to death.

Up Here, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Friday 24th March: Set in New York, this musical comedy follows a young couple, who after falling head over heels in love, must deal with the pain they each bring to their relationship.

Perfect Addiction, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 24th March: When a young boxer finds out her partner has been cheating on her, in and out of the ring, she teams up with a new trainer to help take him down. However, the pair can’t help falling for each other along the way. A steamy but romantic feature for the weekend.
