Dancing, dating and daring TV makes up my must-watch listings this week! From rumba rumblings to good friends in a familiar neighbourhood, you will not want to miss these five features…

Strictly Come Dancing, BBC One/iPlayer, Out Now, Sunday 17th September: Last night, the stars of this year’s biggest dance competition strutted their stuff into their partners arms. If you haven’t seen who will be dancing together from Saturday, catch up now.

Neighbours, Amazon Freevee/Prime Video UK, 8am, Monday 18th September: Last year, we thought it was the end for the best neighbours around. However, Amazon have stepped in and saved the day. From today, the daily episodes are back with many familiar faces including Karl, Susan and Paul. Discover what has happened since the big ending quickly.

Taskmaster, Channel 4, 9pm, Monday 18th September: Back for more outrageously funny antics, this hugely successful comedy game show will definitely kick your week off right. Comedians will be put to the ultimate test in challenges you wouldn’t believe possible.

Sex Education (Series Four), Netflix, 8am, Thursday 21st September: After three hugely successful previous series, the cast of Sex Education are back for one final series. Tying up all ends, it’s a sad goodbye for one of the best shows in recent years. However, I am sure that they will be going out with an epic bang!

No One Will Save You, Disney Plus UK, 8am, Friday 22nd September: Ending the week with a good film is a must! This thrilling sci-fi adventure sees one woman, who has been outcasted by all of those around her, having to fight to save herself and fellow humans from the evil aliens taking over. It’s an edge of your seat finale to the week for certain.
