Pamela, A Love Story, 8am, Netflix UK, Tuesday 31st January: After a hugely successful comedy drama on Disney Plus, Pamela Anderson is starring in a new documentary telling the truth. Not holding anything back, the show covers everything people want to know about the famous figure.

Emily Atack: Asking For It?, 9pm, BBC Two, Tuesday 31st January: The hilarious comedian is taking a serious turn in this new documentary. Looking into the dark side of the internet, the show explores how those who run it are failing women and young people around the world. Delving into what needs to happen, it will change just how you think about everything you see online.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 1st February: One of the biggest films of last year is making its way onto Disney Plus UK. Sharing the love early, the film looks at what has happened to those in Wakanda, after the events of Avengers: End Game. 

Harlem, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 3rd February: After a hugely successful first series, a second one is being launched this week. A modern day Sex and The City, this is funny and dramatic all at once. Perfect to binge in one night.

True Spirit, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 3rd February: Based on a true story, this feature film will leave you shocked all weekend. Not much has been unveiled about the film, but from early reviews, it is said to be gripping stuff.
