Competition is high on the list when it comes to my top five picks to see this week. From sports to cooking shows, there is something for everyone to enjoy amongst this selection…

Wimbledon, All Day, BBC Channels, Monday 3rd July: It’s time to get those rackets out because the biggest tennis tournament in the UK is back. Catch the leading sporting stars as they work to ace their way to the finals.

Bake Off: The Professionals, 8pm, Channel 4, Tuesday 4th July: Whilst we patiently wait for the return of The Great British Bake Off, some of the best bakers in the world are battling it out to be the ultimate professional. Get the snacks in for this one!

Cooking With The Stars, 9pm, ITV One, Tuesday 4th July: If Bake Off: The Professionals has got you in the mood to cook, than the return of this celebrity filled series will fill you with joy. As the stars try to recreate some of the best dishes by leading cooks, they are pitted against each other to see who will make it to next week.

Robots, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 7th July: Jack Whitehall turns his comedic ways into leading man standards with this new feature film. Not much has been revealed about this film, but from the small amount of clips we have been shown it looks very interesting.

The Outlaws, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 7th July: Starring Pierce Brosnan, Netflix are bringing a high action fun new series to life, following an outlaw family and their mischievous ways. Perfect to binge watch over the weekend!
