History, humour and heroes of the insect role are the main focus of our TVs this week, with channel after channel leaving us with something to delve into. However, it is our streaming services that are leading the way this week. Don’t miss these top five features this week…

Who Do You Think You Are?, 8am, BBC One, Tuesday 23rd January: Josh Widdecombe is the first star in this new series to look back at his family history. Expect comedy, sadness and a lot of revelations along the way.

A Real Bug’s Life, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 24th January: Love Planet Earth? Then this new series is perfect for you! Taking audiences on an exciting journey inside the magical world of some of our most iconic insects, the whole family will come away having learnt something new.

Queer Eye (Series Eight), 8am, Netflix UK, Wednesday 24th January: The amazing Queer Eye team are back to help with a number of makeovers. After Bobby announced that he would be stepping back from the show, it is going to be a sad final outing for the fab five. However, it will still be just as inspiring!

Griselda, 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 25th January: Starring Sofia Vergara, this new biographical series is one that will change everything you might expect from the actress. Playing a drug crime lord, in the 1980s, learn how her character became known as the “godmother of crime!” You will have your mind changed completely about what Sofia Vergara can do as an actress after this.

Expats, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 26th January: With Nicole Kidman leading the way in this new series, you won’t expect what you find yourself watching! Following a close knit bunch of friends, you will see relationships unravel, new bonds form and the pressure reality puts on everyone. Get ready to binge watch the whole series in one go.
