Thrills are the theme of the week within my top five must see films and TV shows. From sporting heroes to scary figures, you will be on your edge of your seat throughout watching these…

Love Island: The Final, 9pm, ITV2, Monday 13th March: After eight weeks, the final couples will see their love be put to the ultimate showdown. Fighting for the prize money, will they stay together when they return home? We will have to wait and see!

Swarm, 8am, Prime Video UK, Monday 13th March: Created by Donald Glover, this new horror series will have you jumping off your sofa. Grab the cushions and hide behind them, as we learn about Dre, a young woman who is obsessed with a world famous pop star and the dark things she is willing to do to get their attention.

Ted Lasso (Series Three), 8am, Apple TV+, Wednesday 15th March: Back for a third series, this is the show that many will have been waiting for. Sadly reported to be the final season, a preview of the show has shown that it looks like a winner of a finale if so.

Boston Strangler, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Friday 17th March: Starring Keira Knightley, this new film captures the life of the reporter who first released the news about the Boston Strangler. Dark but super interesting, you will definitely discover things you never knew about this horrific case when watching.

Comic Relief, 7pm, BBC One, Friday 17th March: Full to the brim with comedy, the funniest but most serious night of the year is upon us this week. Grab your red nose, don a funky hairstyle and enjoy this end of the week delight.
