The Top Five Shows To Watch This Week (6th - 10th September)

Hello Everyone! Another week is upon us and with the kids back at school, TV is getting all adult on us. Bringing both something new and the return of a classic, my top five has something for everyone! Deciding which to watch first will be the hardest decision when picking from the following…

Ready To Mingle, 9pm, ITV2, Monday 6th September: Missing Love Island? Well, ITV2 are making sure to fill the gap it has left with this new reality show. Featuring one single lady, the show follows her to trying to work out which of the single men, who are trying to win her heart, are actually already loved up. Definitely a series that is going to be filled with drama, leading to an addictive watch.

The National Television Awards, 7:30pm, ITV, Thursday 9th September: We all love TV! Especially when it is worthy of an award. Something that the NTAs is always brilliant at. Tune in to see if your favourites or maybe if your votes pick up the famous trophies. You may even find a new show to watch from the ceremony.

LuLaRich, 8am, Amazon Prime Video, Friday 10th September: Love a good documentary? Today, Amazon Prime Video UK are dropping all of this series that shows what happened when a business tricked lots of people into thinking they could make money from home.

The Big Breakfast, 8am, Channel 4, Friday 10th September: Back after nearly 20 years off air, The Big Breakfast is getting a makeover to mark Channel 4’s Black to Front Day. With Mo Gilligan and Aj Odudu fronting the new episode, we will be taken back in time in a modern way, with this two-hour special. Hands up who wants a permanent return?!?

The North Water, 9:30pm, BBC Two, Friday 10th September: This is the first of the Autumn shows that is sure to have us gripped. Based on the Ian McGuire novel of the same name, the five-part mystery drama, starring Colin Farrell, Jack O'Connell and Stephen Graham, captures the story of 19th century whalers on an arctic expedition. One that leads to horrific consequences. You won’t be able to stop watching!

Let us know what you have been watching and what you are most looking forward to catching over the course of the week, via our social media pages, as we would love to know!
