With the weather taking a very chilling turn, it is feeling more and more like hibernation season. Lucky for us, the world of TV and film have got us covered, with new shows galore for us to delve into. Including my top five picks this week…

Walk The Line, 8pm, ITV, Sunday 12th December: Fresh from the mind of Simon Cowell, this new reality show will see musical acts having to perform for the whole of the UK and an exciting panel of judges, before choosing to walk the line to win it all or leaving with the money they have. Intense sounding and intense watching I am sure.

I’m A Celebrity Finale, 9pm, ITV, Sunday 12th December: Three eventful weeks have led to this night, where one celebrity will be crowned king or queen of the jungle. It has been one of the most out there series of the show so far, so seeing who will scoop the top prize is going to be very interesting indeed.

Strictly The Real Full Monty, 9pm, ITV, Monday 13th December: It has become a tradition that this show airs each year. Helping to raise money and awareness for cancer charities in the UK, the stars taking part this year will be baring all in Blackpool.

Foodtastic, 8am, Disney+, Wednesday 15th December: December is a month dedicated to food. Something this series specialises in. Hosting its own cooking competition, Disney are teasing us all with these delights. You may even decide to recreate them on the big day.

The Witcher Series Two, 8am, Netflix, Friday 17th December: After nearly two years, Henry Cavill is back playing the leading man in this fantasy series. Eventful and entertaining, it is the perfect series to spend the weekend binging on.
