Comedy, drama and reality TV! The three things we all need to help us make it through the last week of January. We did it! And for that, we need to reward ourselves with these five top features this week…

SAS: Who Dares Win - Jungle Hell, 9pm, Channel 4, Monday 23rd January: Putting everyday people through their paces, this new series heads into the jungle. Discover whether the contestants can handle the heat and rain in the deep depths of the forest.

Everyone Else Burns, 10pm, Channel 4, Monday 23rd January: Following a family, who believe the world is about to end, this drama will have everyone talking. Don’t miss it!

Sort Your Life Out, 9pm, BBC One, Wednesday 25th January: Stacey Solomon and her team are back to help families clean up their homes. With everyone preparing for the big spring clean, this will be full of tips to help.

You People, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 27th January: A brand new comedy feature starring Jonah Hill and Eddie Murphy, this will be certain to start your weekend right. Hold onto your sides, as they will hurt after this.

Alan Partridge - Stratagem, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 27th January: The legend that is Alan Partridge is back with a brand new original special. Nothing is safe or secure in this new feature.
