To celebrate the 46-day tour of the amazing threatre show, Remembering Fred, Vibe 107.6 FM caught up with Strictly Come Dancing stars Janette Manrara and Aljaz Skorjanec!
Janette excitedly told Vibe 107.6 FM, "the show is a celebration of Fred Astaire through song & dance! It is a visual treat as our set takes you back in time to the grandeur of what a Hollywood film set would be during the Golden Age of Hollywood! We also have a huge LED screen where Aljaž and I, along with many celebrity guests who also admire Fred Astaire, talk you through his most iconic dance scenes, famous dance partners, his amazing choreography, his impeccable style, and his best collaborations. Our show really is the ultimate treat!"
They were completely thrilled to learn that they are going to be coming back and bigger and better than last year! To be able to celebrate such a legend is a true honour for them. And as Fred himself would say, they're “doing it big, doing it right, & doing it with style!”

The Strictly dance sensations also told us their choice of favourite dance and song within the production changes every night depending on their mood! They love the soft and beautiful romantic songs, but then both also love the high energy and exciting ones!
Remembering Fred is a beautiful evening of song and dance, with a full cast of singers and dancers, which honours the Hollywood icon, Fred Astaire. In addition to fantastic choreography, the show will feature songs such as They Can’t Take That Away From Me, Night & Day, S’Wonderful, Cheek To Cheek, Puttin’ On The Ritz, Let’s Face The Music & Dance, The Way You Look Tonight, Top Hat, White Tie & Tail, amongst many others.
