Don't miss the Dogs Trust Annual Family Fun Day!

Dogs Trust Harefield is inviting local dog lovers and their four-legged friends to join them for their annual Fun Day on Sunday 5th June from 10.30am-4.00pm.

Taking place at the rehoming centre on Harvil Road, the event promises plenty of fun and games for everyone with the ever popular fun dog show top of the bill. Dogs of all shapes and sizes will have the chance to compete in a number of categories including ‘Waggiest Tail’, ‘Best Rescue Dog’ and ‘Cutest Crossbreed’.

Other highlights include have-a-go agility, children’s games and face-painting, plus a tombola, and raffle with the chance to win some fantastic prizes. There will also be a variety of Dogs Trust merchandise available to buy on the day, and delicious refreshments to enjoy.

Sian Bourn, Dogs Trust Harefield Supporter Relations Officer comments, “We are delighted to be hosting another annual fun day, it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet local dog lovers and raise pounds for the hounds in our care. There are all sorts of fun activities planned throughout the day so please come along and support Dogs Trust Harefield, we can promise you a really fun day out for all the family!”“We are very much in need of donations for our grand raffle as well as bottles of wine, gift sets and prizes for our doggy tombola. If you have any items you would like to donate, please feel free to drop by the rehoming centre, all donations will be gratefully received.”

The event is taking place at Dogs Trust Harefield, Highway Farm, Harvil Road, Harefield, Uxbridge, UB9 6JW. Gates will open at 10.30am until 4pm. Entry to the event is £3 for an adult and £2 for an OAP and Children, plus parking is free.
