Join the team at Watford Colosseum for their Family Fun Event! They are throwing open our doors and inviting you to explore behind the scenes of your local entertainment venue.
With backstage tours; sound, lighting & pyrotechnic displays; children’s arts & crafts activities, live music and a whole host of other activities taking place throughout the afternoon, there’s guaranteed to be something for everyone!

For Family Fun Open Day 2018, Watford Colosseum are thrilled to welcome over 60 members of The Rock Choir performing as part of their Lobby Live series. Blue Oranges will be painting faces throughout the day and there will be a Reindeer Food station, biscuit decorating and floor games for the little ones. Visit the exclusive BingLive Lounge in the Deco Bar, where you can show the team your colouring-in skills. Talking of Bing, don't forget look out for him and his friends, who will be popping up all over the venue as part of the BingLive Bingo game!
For big kids there will be a ticket raffle in aid of our chosen charity GOSH, a chance to find out more about volunteering opportunities and a 'meet the team' display. Richard Hills will be there to play the Colosseum's famous Compton Organ later in the afternoon and there may be a special appearance from Rudolph himself... so keep your eyes peeled!
Watford Colosseum have got your food and drink covered too, with Streetfood onsale all afternoon and their Cafe Bar will be open for drinks and nibbles.
With the chance to meet the team who run Watford Colosseum, view the venue set up for their hospitality events and even explore the kitchen, this is a really unique day out!
