Are you tough enough to take on ICYCLE6? Everyone Active have teamed up with Cyclezone Studio to put on an indoor cycling event like no other.

Each hour will see a different world-class presenter take to the stage to put you through your paces. High-energy, pumping music and live entertainment creates a party like atmosphere that keeps spirits high and pedals turning! Each participant will also receive a goody bag and refreshments following the event.

Indoor cycling has gained momentum and popularity over the past few years which has seen numerous studios pop up all over the country. A cardio workout that has the capability to improve body composition, decrease fat mass and help lower blood pressure and cholesterol as well as burn around 600 calories an hour all whilst sat in one place, you can see why it is popular.

Everyone Active's chosen charity, Mind, has worked tirelessly for over 70 years to ensure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they need. With approximately 1 in 4 people experiencing mental health problems at some point in their lives, demands for their services is constantly growing, so the need for funding is greater than ever. 

Prices and fundraising targets are as follows: 

Single Rider: £40 + Raise £100 in sponsorship for MIND, proof of sponsorship required on the day. 

Shared Bike x 2: £80 + Raise £200 (£100 each) in sponsorship for MIND, proof of sponsorship required on the day.

Single Rider: £100 - no sponsorship required.

Shared bike x 2: £140 - no sponsorship required.

Last year’s event was a roaring success which saw 135 riders take to 115 bikes. This year will be even bigger.
