Presenters Ellie and Juggy interview the extremely talented Liv Dawson. With 10 million streams on Spotify, and collaborations with Disclosure, this artist is definitely one to look out for!

Two of our presenters, Juggy and Ellie, got the chance to sit down with 18 year old Liv Dawson. They caught up with the up and coming British artist during the press day for the launch of her new single 'Searching'. The single, which involved a collaboration with British music duo Disclosure, started off as a ballad, featuring strong vocals and honest lyrics, before Disclosure added their unique "twist on it". Disclosure are renowned for adding that electronic element to pop-esque tracks, making this a very personal track, reminiscent of that iconic electric vibe.

Liv describes her music as "contemporary electronic", although stresses that it "took a long, long time to find my sound". Given the success of 'Searching', her hard work has clearly paid off, and we are absolutely loving it. After 5 years of performing at pubs and clubs, Liv is now on the promo trail for her new single and is set for the festival scene with a performance at Wildlife Festival alongside artists like Zara Larsson, Clean Bandit and Stormzy. Juggy and Ellie also managed to get a few exclusives, as Liv reveals her dream collaboration, her teenage crush (which Ellie was not expecting), and her guilty pleasures.
