Join the Raw Vibes Live team for a special Bank Holiday Weekend gig on Sunday 30th April, with great local bands including our headline act, Katie Plus Juan!
Come down to Steinbeck & Shaw on Sunday 30th April for more amazing live music from Vibe 107.6 FM and Raw Vibes Live! Entry to this event is free and there will be acoustic sessions from the very best unsigned artists around including Valerio Lysander and Amelia Lappert, as well as our headline act, Katie Plus Juan.
Our show Raw Vibes (Sunday evenings from 7.00pm until 9.00pm) celebrates the local unsigned music scene with live sessions, interviews, gig listings and more, with music written, produced and performed by local bands and artists.
The running order for the evening will be:
8.30pm - Singer/songwriter Valerio Lysander performing Baroque Pop and Indie Folk. Originally from Rome, Valerio was amongst the 10 nominees for 2016 Best Male in the Best of British Unsigned Awards, broadcast by BBC Introducing.

9.15pm - Amelia Lappert is a fresh and exciting new talent to emerge on the singer/songwriter scene. Her writing contains elements of country and folk conveyed soulfully yet with a commercial vibe. The lyrics and melodies resonate deep into the hearts of her audiences, her beautiful tone reaching exquisite heights with clarity and ease. Born and raised in Hertfordshire, she has been gigging in St Albans and around London since graduating from Liverpool University in June 2015. Her debut EP will be available worldwide before the summer of 2017 and her first single ‘Game of Life’, was released on 3rd April!
10.00pm - Katie Plus Juan are a duo from London featuring singer-songwriters Katie Masson & Juan Fos. They write and perform wonderful songs in a refreshingly varied mix of genres from soul, pop, country and Latin and have the ability to attract fans of all ages. Katie Plus Juan play a variety of instruments mixing up their sound for each song. The duo have a stripped back live sound consisting of acoustic guitars, bass, percussion and they often use their guitars as drums which adds a great dynamic to the sound.
As well as great live music, Steinbeck & Shaw will have a Happy Hour from 5pm - 10pm, with 50% off all drinks. Their selection of craft beers, fresh cocktails, sharers and wide range of spirits guarantees there will something on our menu for everyone.
